Quick fixes for the common snags, and where to reach the developer.

A product isn't found

Not every product is in Open Food Facts. Scan the nutrition label instead, or enter the carbs from the packet by hand. You can save the product afterwards to reuse it offline.

A value looks wrong

Compare it with the packaging. If the packet disagrees, correct the value in the app. Product data can be out of date, which is why the app lets you check it.

The answer isn't what you expected

Check that the unit matches the label (grams for per 100 g, millilitres for per 100 ml) and that you used the total carbohydrate line. The calculator shows the same sum with its working, andper 100 g versus per serving explains the usual mix-ups.

Clearing your data

In the app's Settings, use Clear recent history or Clear saved products. Uninstalling removes everything stored on the phone. There is no account to delete. The privacy policy describes both actions precisely.

Contact the developer

Email albinogorillasupport@gmail.com, or use the App support section on the app's Google Play page.
